Submitting Your Slide Deck (LIVE In Person Speakers)
All Live IN PERSON speakers must submit their slide decks by March 25th, 2025. This ensures your presentation meets accessibility and formatting requirements.

Submitting Your Pre-Recorded Presentation
If you’re submitting a pre-recorded presentation, please upload your final video by March 10th, 2025, using the link below. This ensures we have enough time to review and prepare your session for the event.

Day-of Logistics for In-Person Speakers
If you are presenting live and in person at the 5th Annual Autism in Black Conference, here’s what you need to know:
- Arrival Time:
Please report to the backstage area 30 minutes before your scheduled session time. This allows our AV team to mic you up and ensure everything is ready for your presentation. - Backstage Preparation:
Once backstage, our team will assist you with final preparations, including sound checks and queuing you to go on stage. Your presentation slides will be visible to you on stage to support your delivery. - Session Timing:
Stick to your allocated time to ensure the event schedule remains on track. A session timer will be visible from the stage to help you manage your time. - Professional Appearance:
Wear attire that reflects the professionalism and inclusivity of the event. Ensure any accessories, such as lapel mics, are easily attachable.

Mission Statement
Autism in Black aims to provide support to black parents who have a child on the spectrum, through educational and advocacy services. Autism in Black is dedicated to bringing awareness to Autism Spectrum Disorder and reducing the stigma associated with ASD in the black community.
