Marketing Campaign Overview:
The promotion campaign begins 30 days before the event and continues until the day of the summit. Through a series of emails and social media posts, we will build anticipation and engagement, highlighting the incredible insights and knowledge you will share.
Campaign Phases:
Phase 1: Announcement September 19th-24th (30-25 days out)
Introduce the event to your audience and encourage early registrations. Share the excitement about your upcoming session and the value attendees will gain.
Phase 2: Engagement September 25-October 2nd (24-17 days out)
Focus on the unique aspects of the summit. Highlight key session topics, the expert speakers involved, and the importance of attending. This phase is about keeping your audience informed and interested.
Phase 3: Urgency October 3rd-October 9th (16-10 days out)
